WHY: Council is considering issuance of temporary use permits:
TU-2023-010 at 2451 Fairways Dr. and
TU-2024-001 at 2432 Fairways Dr.
What is Temporary Use Permit No. TU-2023-010?
TU-2023-010, if approved, would temporarily permit short term nightly rentals in the 4-bedroom principal dwelling unit at 2451 Fairways Dr., (legally described as Lot 12 DL 6421 KDYD Plan KAP70975) as shaded below for up to a 3-year term.
What is Temporary Use Permit No. TU-2024-001?
TU-2024-001, if approved, would temporarily permit short term nightly rentals in the 1-bedroom auxiliary dwelling unit at 2432 Fairways Dr., (legally described as Lot 4 DL 6394 KDYD Plan KAP72546) as shaded below for up to a 3-year term.
All persons who believe that their interest in property may be affected by either or both of the proposed TUPs shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing. Additionally, they may make written submissions (via any of the below options) which must be received at our office prior to 4:00 p.m. on the 1st day of February, 2024. The entire content of all submissions will be made public and form a part of the public record on this matter.
A copy of the proposed Permits and all supporting information can be inspected from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday at our office until 1:00 p.m. the day of the Hearing.
No representations will be received by Council after the Public Hearing has been concluded.
