PROPERTY TAX NOTICE – DELIVERY CHANGES
Dear Homeowner:
Your 2023 Property Tax Notice will be mailed out the week of May 23 – 26th, 2023.
You now can access your notice through Online Services. If you sign up for your online account prior to May 10th, 2023, your notice will be emailed to you.
Due to potential International and Domestic mail delivery delays, we encourage all homeowners to sign up for Online Services to receive your Notice by email.
Your Roll Number / Folio Number and Access Code / PIN # required for registration are located on your 2022 Tax Notice.
To register for your Online account, go to our website sunpeaksmunicipality.ca – Under Menu – choose Online Services and follow the links.
Please note, when creating your Online Services Username – no spaces are allowed but you can use periods, dashes and underscores (i.e. “John and Jane Doe” would not work but “John-and-Jane-Doe” would work). The password must have a minimum of 8 character, one of which must be a special character.
