Attention All Property Owners:
Your 2025 Property Tax Notice will be mailed out by the end of May. Due to a potential Canada Post labour disruption later this spring, international and domestic mail delivery may experience delays, and we encourage all homeowners to sign up for Online Services to receive your Notice by email.
If you sign up for your online account prior to May 10th, 2025, your notice will be emailed to you.
Your Roll Number / Folio Number and Access Code / PIN # that are required for registration are located on your 2024 Property Tax Notice.
To register for your Online account, go to SunPeaksMunicipality.ca – Under Menu – choose Online Services and follow the links.
2025 Property Taxes are due by July 2, 2025.
