Council will be seeking input from the community, owners and neighbours regarding short-term nightly rental properties throughout the community and the proposed amendments to the Short-Term Nightly Rental Policy. The agenda and draft policy is available here. This policy will have minimal impact on tourist accommodation zoned multi-family complexes.
