Attention All Homeowners/Tenants:
It’s snowing! With the snow starting to accumulate, the Municipality is requesting that all meters/meter reader sensors are clear of all impediments, including ice and snow, to ensure safe access for our meter readers. The meters are read manually at the end of each month. If the access is deemed to be unsafe for any reason, the homeowner or tenant will be asked to provide the reads. This will continue until access is reported to be safe. If you are in a strata complex, please confirm with your Strata if the clearing will be done by the Strata or if it is the homeowner’s/tenant’s responsibility. If the reads are not provided, your usage with be estimated and fines may be applied. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
