Council will be holding two public hearings to address various planning applications as outlined below. All public hearings will be held at 3PM in the Sun Peaks Centre and livestreamed on the municipal Facebook page. Zoom login information is also included on the agendas that will be posted by 4PM on the Fridays prior to the public hearings.
3:00 PM December 19, 2023
- To consider Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 0198, 2022 to legalize a secondary suite at 1322 Burfield Dr.
3:00 PM January 9, 2024
- To consider issuance of a temporary use permit at 2536 Mountain View Dr. to permit short-term nightly rentals in the 4-bedroom principal dwelling.
- To consider issuance of a temporary use permit at 5300 Lookout Ridge Dr. to permit short-term nightly rentals in the 4-bedroom principal dwelling.
