Attention All Property Owners:
Your 2025 Property Tax Notice will be mailed out by the end of May. The Canadian Union of Postal Workers and Canada Post appear to be unable to find common ground in negotiations with one week left to the deadline to avoid a work stoppage. The deadline to reach an agreement is May 22, which is the earliest workers could walk off the job.
Due to this potential disruption in mail service, we would like to encourage all homeowners to sign up for Online Services to receive their Notice by email.
Your Roll Number / Folio Number and Access Code / PIN # that are required for registration are located on your 2024 Property Tax Notice.

If you haven't received your Tax Notice by mid-June, please contact the municipality. You will be charged late payment penalties for any unpaid taxes after the due date, even if you did not receive your notice.
