Sun Peaks Housing Authority would like to inform nearby residents of upcoming construction activity at 1180 Sun Peaks Road. From Tuesday, November 25 to Thursday, November 27, construction crews will be on site beginning at approximately 5:30 a.m. to prepare for a concrete slab pour. Work is expected to continue until about 10:00 p.m. To ensure the concrete cures properly, heaters and generators will operate overnight. We recognize this may cause some disruption and sincerely appreciate your patience. We will aim to minimize noise as much as possible.
We understand how important peace and quiet is in our community and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. These activities are necessary steps in advancing the new 110-unit rental housing project that will bring much-needed homes to Sun Peaks.
