Release of Information and Update on the Sun Peaks Community Health Centre Process
In the interest of increased openness and transparency, Council by resolution, has authorized the release of the attached summary of the Sun Peaks Health Centre process.
Council has also passed a resolution and authorized the future release of the following information and documents in accordance with a communications strategy and legal advice, and subject to any exceptions under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act:
• Comprehensive Appraisal Report re: Proposed Subdivision of Strata Lot 1-3110 Creekside Way, Sun Peaks, BC
• Confirmation from Sun Peaks Resort LLP re: their intended future ownership of ski patrol/ambulance bay and amenity room space
• Responses to the Public Questions submitted by Dr. Nowierski to Council at the February 24, 2026, regular council meeting
• All proposals submitted by Dr. Nowierski and the Municipality’s responses
